  • Please note that all tours must be booked in advance. For organisation and scheduling purposes we cannot accept walk up bookings on our tours.

  • If your preferred date for the tour is not available then please contact us and our team will do their best to help you.

  • All of your guests must be included in the same booking. Please do not make separate bookings. This tour is very popular and often will have multiple groups. All bookings are allocated to a guide in advance of your arrival. If you make separate bookings for your group then it is highly likely that your group will be split up with different tour guides and will not be doing the tour together.

  • Unfortunately this tour is not suitable for guests with walking or mobility difficulties. The tour is also not suitable for wheelchairs.

  • No. This London theatre tour will not include access to any of the London theatre shows. At the end of the tour your guide will be able to help you with access to tickets for the best shows in London at the best prices!

  • No. In order not to interrupt shows or rehearsals this tour will not enter any of the theatres.

  • If you are a group or travelling party of 9 or more people please contact us before making a booking.

  • Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund until 24 hours before the tour start time. Bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time cannot be refunded. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
