Booking in advance is essential for all guests. We cannot accept walk up guests.

All guests aged 5+ years old are required to be included in your booking and have a valid ticket. Children aged 0-4 years old are complimentary and are not required to be included in your booking.

This tour will cover mature themes. It is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to decide whether this tour is suitable for their child.

You are welcome to make multiple bookings for the same tour. Please note that if you are using a third-party Pass or Voucher (e.g. Go City/London Pass) then you can only make one booking for the tour and multiple bookings will be cancelled.

If you see the ‘Waitlist’ option in the calendar it means that tour is sold out. You can join the waitlist and you will be contacted if spots become available to book. Please do not attend the tour without a booking as our guides will unfortunately need to turn you away. Due to high demand we cannot respond to requests enquiring about waitlist status.

Yes. The tour will finish at the famous Camden Market.

Groups or Travelling Parties of 9 or more people must contact us for authorisation before booking the tour. Failure to do so will result in bookings being cancelled or being turned away from the tour without refund. Authorisation cannot be provided after a booking has been cancelled.
