Do you have a Go City/London Pass - that’s great! Simply book your spot from the tours below and present your valid Passes at the start of the tour.

Important

• Your Pass must be valid on the date of your tour.

• Your Pass can be used to book all of the tours listed below — book as many tours as you like!

• Your booking will not show in the Go City app. You will receive a confirmation email.

• Every child aged 5 or over requires their own Pass and must be included in the booking.

• You'll need the 12-Digit Pass Number for each guest when booking. The Pass Number is not the Order Number.

• When booking, please select the Go City/London Pass option — please do not select General Admission or Private Tour.

• Pass holders can only make one booking per tour. All of your guests must be included in the same booking.

• Maximum 8 guests per booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings for 9+ people. Multiple or separate bookings made to get around this limit will be cancelled.

• If there are not enough spots for all of your guests then please wait until enough spots are available to make one booking. For example; a group of 4 must wait until 4 spots are available to make one booking. Please note that multiple, separate or linked bookings will be cancelled.

• Please note that you will be asked to provide your credit or debit card details when booking. Your card will only be charged if you present invalid passes, or miss the tour, or cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the tour start time. The card will be charged £20.00 per person.
