All of them! Your Go City/London Pass can be used to book all of the tours listed on this page. Your Go City/London Pass must be valid on the day of the tour and will be scanned by our tour guides when you arrive for the tour.

Yes. The email address used in your booking must match the email address you used to purchase the Go City/London Pass. If you do not use the same email address then your booking may be cancelled.

Yes. All children aged 5+ years old are required to be included in your booking and have their own Go City/London Pass.

No. Your Go City/London Pass can only be used for one booking for each tour. If you make multiple bookings for the same tour then all of your bookings for that tour will be cancelled.

Yes. All of your group/travelling party must be included in the same booking. Each booking is allocated to a tour guide before you arrive for the tour. If you make separate bookings then it is likely your group/travelling party will be split up with different tour guides. Once a booking has been allocated to a tour guide then it cannot be changed.

Please note that our tours are not suitable for those with wheelchairs, prams/strollers, or those with walking difficulties.

Your credit/debit card will only be charged if you show invalid passes, miss the tour, or cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time. Cards will be charged the full price of the tour for each person. If you attend the tour and show a valid Pass then your card will not be charged.

For operational reasons groups or travelling parties of 9 or more people must contact us before booking a tour. Failure to do so will result in bookings being cancelled or being turned away from the start of the tour without refund.
