Do you have a Go City/London Pass - that’s great! Simply book your spot and present your valid Go City/London Pass(es) at the start of the tour.

Important Information

  1. Your Pass must be valid on the day of the tour. One booking per tour.

  2. All children aged 5+ years old require a booking and must have their own Pass.

  3. Please use the same email address that you used to purchase your Pass. If you use a different email address then your booking will be cancelled.

  4. All guests must be included in the same booking. Please do not make separate bookings. If you make separate bookings then your guests will likely be split up with different tour guides.

  5. Tours are not suitable for wheelchairs, prams/strollers, or those with walking/mobility difficulties.

  6. Your credit/debit card will only be charged if you present invalid passes, or miss the tour, or cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the tour start time. The fee is £20.00 per person.

  7. Groups of 9+ people must contact us before booking. Failure to do so, or attempts to avoid this by making multiple bookings, will result in bookings being cancelled and refused entry.

How to book a tour with your Go City/London Pass

  1. Select one of the tours below and number of Go City Passes. Do not select General Admission.

  2. Select any additional tours

  3. Enter contact and credit/debit card details.

  4. Complete booking

Waitlist: If a tour is sold out then you can join the ‘Waitlist’. We will then email you if spots become available. Please do not attend the tour if you are on the waitlist and do not have a booking.

Important! Please note that your booking will not appear in the Go City app. You will receive a confirmation email for your booking (please check your spam/junk folder!)
