Do you have a Go City/London Pass - that’s great! Simply book your spot from the tours below and present your valid Passes at the start of the tour.
Your Pass must be valid on the date of your tour.
Every child aged 5 or over needs their own Pass and must be included in the booking.
When booking, select the Go City/London Pass option — please do not select General Admission or Private Tour.
Pass holders can only make one booking per tour. All of your guests must be included in the same booking.
Maximum 8 guests per booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings for 9+ people. Multiple bookings made to get around this limit will be cancelled and not accepted.
You'll be asked to provide your credit or debit card details when booking. Your card will only be charged if you present invalid passes, or miss the tour, or cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the tour start time. The card will be charged £20.00 per person.

Your Pass can be used to book all of the tours listed below — book as many tours as you like!
You'll need the 12-Digit Pass Number for each guest when booking. Your Pass Number is not your Order Number (we do not need your order number).
Your booking will not show up in the Go City app. You will receive a confirmation email with the tour details (please check your spam/junk folder!).
All tours are in English. Unfortunately our tours are not suitable for prams, wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties.
Please note that bookings that do not comply with any of the above will unfortunately be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
