Important Information

• Your Pass must be valid on the date of the tour. Your Pass can be used to book all of the tours below.

• You will need the 12-Digit Pass Number for each guest when booking.

• Please select the Go City/London Pass option at checkout.

• Pass holders can only make one booking per tour.

• All guests must be included in the same booking.

• Maximum 8 guests per booking. Multiple or separate bookings made to get around this limit will be cancelled.

• If there are not enough spots for your group, please wait until enough become available to make one booking (e.g. a group of 4 must wait until 4 spots are available). Multiple, separate, or linked bookings will be cancelled.

• You will be asked to provide your credit/debit card details. Your card will only be charged if you present invalid passes, or miss the tour, or cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the tour start time. The card will be charged £20.00 per person.
