On Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday the 10am tour will see part (but not all) of the Changing of the Guard ceremony. Please note that the ceremony schedule is subject to change at any time at the discretion of the British Army.

What If It’s Bad Weather?

Our tours run in all weathers! Please wear suitable clothing and walking shoes. In the unlikely event we need to cancel the tour due to weather we will contact you via the email provided in your booking.


How Much Walking? Wheelchairs?

This tour covers approximately 2-3 miles of walking. Due to uneven surfaces and unavoidable stairs, this tour is not suitable for those with wheelchairs, walking difficulties or large prams/buggys.

If I Choose To Tip - Cash or Card?

If you would like to leave your guide a tip then your guide will be able to accept both cash and card tips. Please note that a small part of all tips go towards marketing and operating costs.


Group Bookings / Groups of 8 or more people

Please note that groups of 8 or more people (inc. children) will need to book a private tour. Please do not try and book a group of 8 or more people across multiple bookings or using multiple names as these will be cancelled or turned away.
