All children aged 5+ years old require a ticket and are required to be included in your booking.

If your preferred date is not available then it means that the tour is sold out or not running on that date.

Yes. All of your guests must be included in the same booking. We often run multiple tours and each booking is allocated to a tour guide before you arrive for the tour. If you make separate bookings then it is likely your guests will be split up with different tour guides. Once a booking has been allocated to a tour guide then it cannot be changed.

Our tours have a limited capacity. If there are not enough spots available for all of your guests then the tour is sold out. We cannot welcome any additional guests that are not included in your booking (including children).
