If you have the Go City/London Pass, you can join many of our London tours for free!

A reminder that you must bring a valid Go City/London Pass and show it when you arrive for each tour. Information about each tour can be found here. Please read the FAQ below before booking.

Here are the steps to book a tour with your pass:

  1. Select one of the tours below and number of Go City Passes. Do not select General Admission.

  2. Select any additional tours

  3. Enter contact and credit/debit card details. Your card will not be charged unless you miss the tour, cancel within 24 hours of the start time, or show invalid pass(es) at the start of the tour.

  4. Complete booking

  • On Sunday’s the Changing of the Guard Tour will see the ‘Sunday Parade’ version of the ceremony.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

  • Your Pass can be used to book all of the tours in the calendar below. The email address used to purchase your Go City Pass must match the email address on your booking.

  • All children aged 5+ years old are required to be included in your booking and have their own Go City/London Pass.

  • Your Pass only allows you to make one booking for each tour. Multiple bookings for the same tour will be cancelled.

  • If you see the ‘Waitlist’ option in the calendar it means that tour is sold out. You can join the waitlist and you will be contacted if spots become available to book. Please do not attend the tour without a booking as our guides will unfortunately need to turn you away. Due to high demand we cannot respond to requests enquiring about waitlist status.

  • Our tours have a limited capacity. We are not able to welcome any guests that are not included in your booking (including children). Any additional guests that are not included in your booking will be advised that they cannot join the tour.

  • All of your guests must be included in the same booking. All bookings are allocated to a tour guide before you arrive for the tour. If you make separate or individual bookings for your guests then it is likely your guests will be split up with different tour guides. Once we have allocated a booking to a tour guide then it cannot be changed.

  • Please note that our tours are not suitable for wheelchairs, prams/strollers or those with walking difficulties.

  • Your credit/debit card will only be charged if you show invalid passes, miss the tour, or cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time. Cards will be charged the full price of the tour for each person. If you attend the tour and show a valid Pass then your card will not be charged.

  • Groups or Travelling Parties of 9 or more people must contact us for authorisation before booking the tour. Failure to do so will result in bookings being cancelled or being turned away from the tour without refund. Authorisation cannot be provided after a booking has been cancelled.
