Do you have a Go City/London Pass - that’s great! Simply book your spot and present your valid Go City/London Pass(es) at the start of the tour.

Your Pass must be valid on the day of the tour. One booking per tour.
All children aged 5+ years old require a booking and must have their own Pass.
Please use the same email address that you used to purchase your Pass. If the email address does not match your pass then your booking will be cancelled.
All guests must be included in the same booking. Please do not make separate bookings. If you make separate bookings then your guests will be split up with different tour guides.
Tours are not suitable for wheelchairs, prams/strollers, or those with walking difficulties.
Your credit/debit card will only be charged if you present invalid passes, or miss the tour, or cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the tour start time. The charge is £20.00 per person.
Groups of 9+ people must contact us before booking. Failure to do so, or attempts to avoid this by making multiple bookings, will result in bookings being cancelled or refused entry to the tour.
