If you have the Go City/London Pass, you can join many of our London tours for free!

A reminder that you must bring a valid Go City/London Pass and show it when you arrive for each tour.

Please read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) before booking.

Here are the steps to book a tour with your pass:

  1. Select one of the tours below and number of Go City Passes. Do not select General Admission.

  2. Select any additional tours

  3. Enter contact and credit/debit card details. Your card will not be charged unless you miss the tour, cancel within 24 hours of the start time, or show invalid pass(es) at the start of the tour.

  4. Complete booking

  • All of them! Your Go City/London Pass can be used to book all of the tours listed on this page.

  • Yes. All children aged 5+ years old are required to be included in your booking and have their own Go City/London Pass.

  • Yes. Your Go City/London Pass must be valid on the day of the tour.

  • If your preferred date is not available then it means that the tour is sold out or not running on that date.

  • If you see the ‘Waitlist’ option then it means that the tour is sold out. You can join the waitlist and we will contact you by email if spots become available to book. Please do not attend the tour if you are on the waitlist as our guides will unfortunately not be able to accept you. Due to high demand we cannot respond to requests enquiring about waitlist status.

  • No. Your Go City/London Pass can only be used for one booking for each tour. Please note that if you make multiple bookings then all bookings will be cancelled and they cannot be reinstated.

  • Yes. All of your guests must be included in the same booking. We often run multiple tours and each booking is allocated to a tour guide before you arrive for the tour. If you make separate bookings then it is likely your guests will be split up with different tour guides. Once a booking has been allocated to a tour guide then it cannot be changed.

  • Our tours have a limited capacity. If there are not enough spots available for all of your guests then the tour is sold out. We cannot welcome any additional guests that are not included in your booking (including children).

  • Please note that our tours are not suitable for those with wheelchairs, prams/strollers, or those with walking difficulties.

  • Your credit/debit card will only be charged if you show invalid passes, miss the tour, or cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time. Cards will be charged the full price of the tour for each person. If you attend the tour and show a valid Pass then your card will not be charged.

  • For policy reasons Groups or Travelling Parties of 9 or more people must contact us before booking the tour. Failure to do so will result in bookings being cancelled or being turned away from the tour without refund. We cannot reinstate these bookings after they have been cancelled.

  • If you are travelling as a school/college/university or business/corporate group please contact us.
